The property was under construction during our stay, something that was not clearly communicated in advance. Noise, disruptions, and unfinished areas significantly impacted the experience. One of the main advertised features, the “mini beach,” had no safe or proper access and was poorly maintained, making it essentially unusable. The rooftop “dining hall” was another disappointment. This place radiates positivity and warmth. Every interaction with the team left me smiling and feeling well cared for. A real highlight.
5 star experience from the moment I entered. I was traveling for work and stayed 4 nights. The valet staff is very welcoming, holding the doors open upon entering. The front desk staff, specifically AJ and Earnest provided incredible service, offering water bottles and tending to all of my other requests. The housekeeping cleaned my room daily, restocking everything I used and making my stay very comfortable. Ms.Shirley was amazing she was able to get me a great room with an amazing views. Her food suggestions were spot on! Excellent service!!!
Hotel is ok. Employees are miserable. Worst Marriott experience I’ve ever had. As a local, I will not encourage this hotel for business or personal needs.
