My mom and I stayed here for four days and it was great! The staff were super nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfy. The food from the restaurant was delicious and so were the cocktails. We had a beautiful view of the bay. Would book again! Also, has a Starbucks. My mom was so happy.
Super disappointing, felt very disorganized, cheap, and unwelcoming. Elevator door slammed shut on my body. Could hear everything in the next room and hallway. No pool or hot tub. Cant believe I missed all the negative reviews when I booked it. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Would rather stay at a Holiday Inn next time, or spend the same money on a local bed and breakfast.
My experience here was beyond my expectations...and to top it off the front desk representative Krissy went over and beyond to make our stay more memorable for my husband's birthday weekend....we will be back to visit.
