Rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. Ugly and old. Front desk personnel unfriendly. Checked out that same night.
Hotel is very nice in a beautiful location with updated rooms with great water views. The low rating is all related to staff service. Staff (with a few positive exceptions) seemed uninterested at best and apathetic at worst. Elevators were often running at just one out of 3 in service during the stay and there was no communication to guests about this. Krissy was a freaking life saver!!! She got us booked and was very helpful. They don’t make them like her anymore!!!
Had a very bad experience at hotel, the room service was denied for water and asked to collect from lobby, not even a single bottle of water as complimentary for 300$ hotel, very poor in hospitality. Also breakfast doesn’t worth the amount you pay. The restaurant in picture is always closed for maintainence.
Room wasn't available when we arrived they claimed they were booked. We left 30 minutes there was a room ready. We found a ton of pubic hair along the bathtub, front desk manager didn't offer another room yet sent an old man up to wipe It off. When asked to move they said we would lose our view. We were there for 6 days. Nothing was open. There was a pool on their website there is no pool. Best part of the stay was the beach rentals. 27 a day to park which they dont tell you either. Never again.
