Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. However, the entrance door and the bathroom door in my room were not functioning properly and appeared to be in need of repair. Addressing these maintenance issues would greatly improve the overall guest experience. Aside from that, I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the hospitality. Room 701
The room is very nice great view. Pretty hotel. However when I booked it a week or 2 ago it had pictures of a beautiful pool. Unfortunately apparently in the fine print it was a coming soon amenity and is not open. The website currently says pool now open. I would have likely chosen another spot on Clearwater. Management was nice but was not offering anything to offset the inconvenience. Obviously being in Florida it’s expected to have a pool and would suggest not even having the picture on the site until it’s actually avail... read more
