Our family chose The Westin Tampa Bay for a special three-night stay. Our youngest is leaving for college soon, and we wanted to have one last family getaway before everyone went back to their busy lives. Leo was friendly, attentive, and very professional. He made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit and made us feel very welcome. Great service and a great experience

We had a good stay at this hotel before our cruise! The hotel itself was very nice. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was also convenient, with several restaurants within walking distance and the airport nearby. We also really liked having both a Starbucks and a restaurant right inside the hotel. We did have one frustrating inconvenience during check-in. We booked two rooms, but when Earnest at the front desk checked us in, he only let us check into one room and said the second room wasn’t ready c... read more
