I had the incredible pleasure of meeting the hotel manager Maria Andersen who checked us in. She was the utmost professional. Her and her staff were excellent. From the housekeeper (Sandra), to our server in the rooftop restaurant (Christine), and our shuttle driver (Edgar), we were treated as if we were family. We loved the experience! Thanks again.
Only reason why not 5 is because I havent stayed in the rooms, their rooftop experience is magical with the bay sunset, amazing flavored red snapper dish as you gaze at that horizon.
