Wonderful gym with a beautiful view. Nico, as a trainer, is amazing! He's kind and patient. He meets you where you're at in your fitness quest. I would highly recommend him!
This club is the perfect combination of a not crowded gym, THE BEST VIEW of Ottawa while doing some hit cardio and the nicest relax time at the pool, jacuzzi and sauna Nicholas, the coordinator has been so helpful and kind every time someone needs anything at the club, he truly excels at his personal trainings and how he treat his guest!!
