Poor Customer Service. I have made a 15-min appointment to tour the facilities and then decide on what plan would suit my needs. Received a confirmation email with instructions to follow as to who and where to meet. Arrived 10 minutes earlier, checked in for access at the lobby. Went to the defined area and the person who was supposed to me meet me never showed up. That already tells me everything I needed to make a decision.
