If you’re only staying at this airport because they provide you parking for your trips through O’Hare, I would highly recommend choosing another hotel . This hotel sucks at picking you up on the way back. This is probably the seventh year in a row. My family has decided to go with this hotel and every single year they continue to miss our terminal after telling us they’ll pick us up. It is annoying and it is rude and I am cold. I liked that the hotel had wood floor. It is overall an okay hotel but definitely not a 4 star hotel. The rug in our room smelled super bad and also was sticky. I’ve stayed at other marriot hotel that is cheaper but cleaner. Also I know it is a given since it is nearby the airport so it was extremely loud. Overall it was an okay stay 3.5/5.
