The staff are friendly, professional, and caring. Location is central for most of the valley and close to the freeway.
Has gone downhill. A little rundown but worst of all attracts undesirable clientele. Pool rules were not enforced despite multiple complaints. People bringing in their own alcohol in Stanley cups and several personal l Bluetooth speakers blaring out music made for a bad atmosphere. Security asked people to turn their music off, and were just ignored, so security just gave up. So we left and won't be back despite repeatedly coming here for 15 years.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I HAD A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!! I WAS RUSHED TO THE ER DUE TO THE CONDITION TO THE POOR/FILTHY HYGIENE /WATER QUALITY OF THE POOL. IT’S FILTHY AND FULL OF BACTERIA!!! I GOT BLISTERS AND RASHED. PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I’VE EXPERIENCE A HORRIFICALLY LIVING WITH THIS BLISTERS/RASHES FOR DAYS! I regret the day I stepped to this place. PLEASE FIND YOURSELF SOMEWHERE CLEAN AND SAFE ESPECIALLY FOR CHILDREN!!! I SPOKE TO THE MANAGERS DIE TO THIS MATTER. NO ONE HAS TAKEN CARE OF IT.
