So far so good with our first day. Resort is a bit old and outdated. Towels and bed sheets are old too. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
Very saddened by the direction the resort has taken since Marriott merger. So many weird low end budget cuts from 1 ply toilet paper in the rooms to potato chips the standard side. Most of the staff is absolutely lovely, but request anything to be delivered to your room and expect 30 minutes or longer to have it delivered. The rooms are majorly due for renovation. All in all this will be our last time to this hotel u til changes are made.
A great facility with top-notch service located on an excellent beach for swimming and snorkeling. I’m not really a “resort” person but have to say this is pretty tough to beat for convenience, especially for families with younger kids. Restaurants in the area are ridiculously overpriced and interchangeable for the most part, but there are plenty of on-site grills and decent kitchens for eating in or takeout.
