Staff was very rude during our trip here. Don’t even try to do the activities here because they cancel them and don’t let you know in advance. We tried to go for the lei making class for the second time because the first was canceled-(we waited 30 minutes and nobody was there). We got there and they rudely turned us away saying they didn’t have room for 2 more but in fact they did have room (you don’t need a reservation). The best place to stay
What is up with all the cats? Seems like more than years past. And, the fleas!! Why are they allowed in the resort, on the chairs and towels. Disgusting. These are not domestic animals. They are feral. And the folks feeding them, the cat food gets eaten by the birds. How is that good?
