Location is nice, easy access to activities, parking in garage was always available. Room was good, but not quite the level at some of the other Marriott Vacation Club properties, just a few little things. Ice maker was broken, we called to see where another ice maker might be, they offered to sell me a bag of ice for $10. Asked to be located closer to elevators, they put us in the absolute farthest room, right next to the road, with road noise all night making a negative impact on our stay. We love everything about the Westin Ka'anapali Villas. The hotel grounds are always beautiful. They have many pool options that we all enjoy.
Best timeshare on the islands. Beach park next door, Lanai and Molokai in front of you. Great snorkeling with turtles and dolphin schools rolling by. Get on Hawaiian time and beach with your paddle board. Windy after noon, mornings are perfect for boarding.
This is our first night staying at this resort. To give background, I am a Marriott bonvoy platinum member and am a big fan of Marriott as a brand and always choose Marriott when I can for business or pleasure. Within 10 minutes of entering our unit and unpacking, we noticed ants crawling on our phones which were on the bedroom night stands.
