I don’t understand all the one star reviews. Our room was clean, the balcony facing the ocean was great, and while there was a hiccup during check in they get it figured out. The location is pretty. If you book an excursion through the concierge they do charge you more than if you booked the same excursion directly through the provider. All the recommendations were great. Beautiful facility! We loved our stay there. The view was fantastic, showing off Maui to the max!
Do not plan on being able to do any remote work here. The WiFi could not connect to about half of devices, and they could not manually add devices to the network (after spending about 45 minutes with IT support that was just as unhappy about having to help me as I was about needing help). Devices that are able to connect suffer from very slow internet, so downloading even small documents is difficult to impossible.
