'I cant get no sleep'.... Nice enough hotel just a shame its opposite a massive building site - an absolute racket starts up at 7am so if you're up then or before, the hotel is fine, if you want a relaxing break stay elsewhere (or ask if theres a quieter side away from the works). Tried to discuss it at checkout with the receptionist who was dismissive to the point of being rude. Really there should be a warning when you book or on the website... Had a 2 night stay here and our experience was not great, the front desk staff member made an error on our payment we then got a tx informing us we had room service, We hadn’t ordered any food at all. Reception just said it was an error, we had checked out and after 6 days and my pre authorisation was still been pending in my account.. Complaint made to the hotel but no reply or email back.
