Needs a new manager they are rude and the staff here are clueless. Who all need to go back to training on how to treat a customer in distress. Bad for business. I would leave no stars if I had a choice.
Slow service in the main bar. Evening barbs taff not following through. Happened two nights in a row with different staff so seems to be a management issue b
Hotel is in the middle of the city with nothing of use around it. The hotel staff is no where near useful and will make you redo your room key with the front desk if you try to come back past midnight. No one appears to be useful but just ushers you through checkpoints like you’re cattle trying to get to an endpoint. Would 100% suggest a Hilton or any other option before this place.
