Great location but older rooms. We had a beautiful view of the harbor. This is a very crowded hotel as they get the cruise groups before and after the cruise. This is located in a fantastic location next to Stanley Park. The lobby is updated and the gym is small but has everything to work out

I visited for lunch. They treated me like an alien. Restaurant was great hotel service sucks. I am a Marriott Titanium Lifetime member and still could not get any manager to even speak with me about their insulting policies.

I don’t know how this hotel is 4 stars. Only good thing about it is the location is by the water. For the amount they charge per night, there are way better hotels to stay at in downtown Vancouver. They don’t even have smart tvs. I feel like I’m going back in time staying here. Also, their service is so slow. Complete rip off. I’ll never stay here again.

Hotel super crowded and always no place to have breakfast unless you wait more than half an hour !!!!
