I’ve been really happy with this practice and all of its doctors. I had my child with them and through west penn hospital. They are all amazing and great. Always answered my questions and nurses always returned my calls. Dr. Haan is amazing and she has been my main OB for two years. She is great and so sweet. I recommended this practice to all my friends.
I went in for scheduled exam, filled out paperwork, paid for copay....and kept waiting... and waiting.... I asked what the very long delay was after 30 minutes. I was told that there was only one other patient ahead of me. Then once I was called and sent to an exam room (cold temps I might add), I sat in a giant paper towel for 40 minutes. Not good.
