This resort is no longer open. We booked showed up they took our deposit money. No communication waa received that it was now closed. We showed up to it locked up with garbage all over the front and a sketchy security guard who told us it had been closed for a month. Do not book. Security guard tried to pick up my friend and it was super sketchy. Shame on this hotel
Westcott Inn is closed, but their website is still taking reservations, which we didn't know when we showed up on Saturday night. Security firm watching the property said owner went bankrupt and case is in court. Am telling Visa not to pay the money they took when I made the reservation.
Unfortunately they make you put one star even though I havent been here yet and I cant reach anyone!!!! The phone number on Google & the website is out of service when you call. I was excited to come and stay with friends, but due to personal reasons I have been trying to call/email to cancel my reservation for days now to no avail. I finally sent an email through their website service asking why I haven't been able to reach anyone to cancel and I got an email back saying 'Your reservation is confirmed'. I arrived, there is a hole in the front door, trash everywhere, a messed up window, and nobody here. It’s bizarre. The phone lines are dead. They took my money; I’ve emailed them with no response. Beware! This looks like a scam.
A little piece of IBIZA in Palm Springs! Chilled vibes, amazing service, deep relaxation, super comfy beds, great selection of breakfast foods/teas + coffees...just what I needed. This is a treasure in Palm Springs, independently owned, GREAT style, it's fun + the perfect location to explore the area. Matt the owner and his staff are brilliant + they completely took care of me. I LOVED the attention to detail in sourcing ethical produce even down to the English toiletries in the bathrooms which were fabulous!
