As a first-time customer, I was disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this establishment. The staff did not take the time to inform me about the daily specials or the weekly promotions, which I only noticed after my receipt printed. When I requested a swap, the manager was unwilling to accommodate my request. Had she demonstrated a stronger commitment to customer service, I would have been more inclined to return. Moving forward, I will be recommending and returning to the dispensary down the street.

Went to The West Seattle Marijuana sore for the 1st time today. It’s good to see businesses revitalize this area and these guys are doing a great job at making it feel right. I was helped by both Austin and JV today (I went in twice! lol) Both were very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. 5 stars for this shop! Thank you TWSMS!

Love this place. Always super friendly..Its great to feel welcomed & they're very helpful & knowledgeable. Never have i been disappointed off a recommendation Also but more importantly they have pretty damn good bud :)

The staff are really helpful for someone like me who isn't a smoker and comes in to shop for my disabled sweetheart. They can understand his messages and preferences and they try really hard to find the best product. My sweetheart has always been confident in the knowledge of those they hire to work there.
