NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE BASED – WENT TO WEST END AND HAD A GREAT DINNER. ORDERED SOME WINE TO HAVE FOR DINNER AND THE WINE WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED AND THEREFORE NOTIFIED THE WAITRESS THAT THE WINE WAS NOT THE TASTE THAT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE AND ASKED IF I COULD ORDER A DIFFERENT DRINK WHICH I DID WHICH WAS MUCH BETTER. SLOW SERVICE... – The place is usually good IF you can get service. Wait staff is slow... Food has consistant quality to above average but that means little when you can't even get a drink without phoning the manager
Introducing the WestEnd – I've been here a few times and its a good place to go. The bar is good the bartenders and barbacks are well skilled. The food is adequite and the service is great. Good place to go adn relax or go watch the game and play billards.
They don't call it a "smokehouse" for nothing... – Love the place. The food is good, the staff is good, great atmosphere, very casual but nice, great seating, great parking, great drinks...the only negative I have is that there is SO much smoke in that place that I can't breathe. I rarely go anymore because the smoke is so overbearing. I know it is a bar and smoke happens but after I washed my clothes and hair twice to get the smell out, I decided to go to more air friendly places. So if you are a heavy smoker...go for it!
West End Smokehouse and Tavern – Great menu, knowledgeable, friendly and attractive staff, pricing is reasonable, and the drinks are excellent. Food is hot, and served quickly. Accommodating for special requests and groups. The pool tables are the best I've seen in Little Rock, well worth a visit, especially on random "slower" nights. I think I'll head there now actually, for the grilled shrimp and the meat and cheese platter.
We Love it Every Time – My husband and I go to the West End as much as we can. We always enjoy ourselves. The steaks and hamburgers are so good and juicy. We always get Crown and Cokes and they are always perfect. The atmosphere is relxed. You can sit at couches or at a table. The staff for the most part is really nice. Just like any place you will run into bad service people from time to time but mostly the waitresses are very nice and you don't have to wait long for your food or drinks. Hands down, Best bar in West Little Rock – If you want to go to a bar in West LR, this is the place to go. They have a little of everything, high quality pool tables, restaurant seating, over 50 TVs including an 8 foot projection, and comfortable couch seating. The food is quite good, especially considering they serve until 2am, 7 days a week. The waitresses are quite friendly and attractive.
