NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE BASED – WENT TO WEST END AND HAD A GREAT DINNER. ORDERED SOME WINE TO HAVE FOR DINNER AND THE WINE WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED AND THEREFORE NOTIFIED THE WAITRESS THAT THE WINE WAS NOT THE TASTE THAT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE AND ASKED IF I COULD ORDER A DIFFERENT DRINK WHICH I DID WHICH WAS MUCH BETTER. This is a good place to go and hang out ! They have good food and drinks ! The service is also good ! The only down side would be it's too smoky in there sometimes ! And the bands usually suck ! But besides that it's a good place to go !

SLOW SERVICE... – The place is usually good IF you can get service. Wait staff is slow... Food has consistant quality to above average but that means little when you can't even get a drink without phoning the manager
This place has the best food for a bar and a great price at Happy hour. One of the only bars I frequent when I do go out. The Nachos are the best and will feed 2 people. Alot of TV's so obviously the best choice to go watch any sport games.
Great bar for entertaining friends! West End has a great atmosphere to meet up with friends or clients for a drink. There is lots of seating, a few pool tables and a great bar! They have a nice appetizer and menu to choose from if you want a meal before drinks.
