So I show up today(Thursday) at 6:15 pm to a locked door! As I'm standing at the locked door looking in, the woman doing hair just looked at me!! I pulled on the door again, and now she and the customer just looks at me. Even as i ask if they are open she just ignores me. This was my first and ONLY time here. The hours on your site state your open until 9pm. I've been visiting Sam Dubreuil for years now--initially at other salons but only at her West End spot since she opened it a few years ago.
