So we get here on the day of reservation( 3 families with 3 units booked) & when we get to the front desk office, they told us( about 1:30 pm) one unit only was ready. So we figured since we had to do groceries & had booking for our ski fitting, we will go ahead & do the groceries till they get the other 2 units ready. When we told them our plan, the front desk said “ no problem. Your units will be ready by the time you come back in about one hour for sure.”. Pros: Beautiful views, great customer service, friendly and helpful staff, and perfect positioning for the Gondola in a convenient, quiet, and peaceful spot, just seconds from the jacuzzi and pool. Cons: The property can be very uncomfortable during hotter days. It seems like some of the units are in need of significant upgrades, from old carpets and non-functional wall ACs to outdated, non-functional appliances like a 20+ year-old hair dryer. Some of these condos are owned by individuals. The unit I'm staying in is owned by my niece. I am a electrician and I am helping her with a remodel and a addition to 1900's farm house
