My husband is an oncology patient due to a bungled process in a regional hospital. The nurses refuse to listen, denied pain medication chartered by the palliative care specialist, told me to go to the pharmacy and buy Vitamin C and generally ignored every piece of information we tried to convey. Critical medications were not dispensed on a regular basis. And yes, I’ve already sent feedback which I highly suspect will be ignored. Please provide discharge information and a falls assessment for elderly patients discharged over the weekend after a week+ stay in hospital. The elderly can become weak from the stay and then lose balance and fall and die. First hand experience here. This is just another patient to you but I've now lost my only family

I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by the main Receptionist today at the main entrance I found the interaction very unfriendly, unhelpful and unprofessional. I was spoken down to when trying to reconfirm my directions to get to the Medical department in the next building. Receptionist staff are first point of contact so they need to greet patients and visitors with courtesy, patience and understanding but not arrogant and sarcastic like how I was spoken to and treated by this particular Receptionist today.
