I have been attending Wesley Breast Clinic for well over 10 years, and the level of care has consistently been outstanding. From the admin staff to the radiographers and breast specialists, every interaction is professional, kind and reassuring. From the receptionists (Megan) to the skilled technicians, Dr Melissa, Clare, the incredible nursing team, and especially Libby — every single person treated me with such gentleness, professionalism, and care. I have been a patient to the breast clinic for a few years. I requested print outs of my mammogram because I am doing a surgery overseas and the images would be helpful. I asked the Doctor, she said no problem, just ask reception. First receptionist said straight away it was not possible that she didn't know what the doctor was talking about. Then another receptionist heard and said she could send me a link. I have paid $1,009.00 + $27.00 credit card surcharge which should be mentioned on the links that clinic sends to my ph... read more
I was advised that they are not taking any new patients when I tried to book. Please update your website to avoid others going through this same run around.
