RecommendedIt had been a couple years since I last visited Wentworth At Draper. I couldn’t believe how incredible it looked and felt. Steve and the team there have done an incredible job in such a short difficult period of time. I look forward to each visit and the happy compassionate faces I see.
I sincerely believe that this facility is responsible for the fast and unexpected death of my grandma. She was over 90 and in generally great health other than a few minor issues. She was at this facility for one week and fell out of bed after I had visited her and witnessed how tough and harsh the CNA was with her right in front of me. I can only imagine what they were like with her when no one was watching! She fell from neglect and was found on the floor in the morning. A company should not be on the hunt for the same important roles in management every other month, and if they are that means they have fallen into a hire and fire cycle. This indicates poor leadership, the inability to hire on specific qualities in a candidates, the facility may have bad internal culture causing retention to be almost impossible no matter how talented the new hires are, and the top level goals may be fleeting as the talent. Love it here. Staff is amazing. My step dad stays here and it’s so warm and welcoming I couldn’t ask for more. All the staff are wonderful and caring. It’s more like a family. Always tidy, smells nice and has a positive feeling right when you walk in. Highly recommend for the care of your loved ones.
