I would never ever recommend Wendy Thompson and her team to anyone I know. She and the underwriters request way too much info and copies of all that info. She wanted all checking accts, savings accts, payroll stubs, asset accts, things I think were not any of her business. I made 3 trips to Brighton Bank to give them copies. Every time I took her the copies of info the underwriters requested, she’d text me needing something else. Take into account I was putting $260,000 down on a $380,000 house.
