I had a wonderful stay at The Wen House. The room was decorated beautifully with antiques, spotless, and comfy bedding. The whole house was like stepping back in time and such interesting history. The hostess, Marjorie, fixed a lovely breakfast for the guests. She was very welcoming and shared wonderful stories about her world travels. I look forward to staying in The Wen House on my next visit and having more great, interesting conversations with Marjorie!

Hands down one of the greatest places I've stayed. The people are AMAZING, from the last minute reservation, to the "we will leave the door open for you" type treatment. It's a beautifully quiet town with very friendly people... Simply amazing!
Really neat, well-maintained and clean old Victorian Inn. Kind of like walking into the past. The "Inn Keeper" Marj was super friendly and made us delicious breakfasts. Peterson is embedded in the beautiful bluff country of SE MN and there are some great overlook hikes nearby.
