The Wells is a typical RV park of 55+. Be carful if considering buying there. The Comity there is a very close group of people that are very bitter and have nothing better to do but cause trouble for the residents and grounds keepers, and service workers. They are a real nasty bunch and I have had to deal with them more then once. They think they know about things but have no clue what they are talking about. They need to be removed and replaced.
