Everyone who works here has been the friendliest and most inviting I’ve met! Especially when you’re putting your overall health in another person’s hands, it’s important to feel comfortable with that person, and they all have made sure to do just that! My first appointment with Dr Kate was in August of 2024. I’ve had 3 appointments since, tests ran, results interpreted, and supplements/diet changes prescribed. Since then, I’ve noticed nothing but great things! My cycles are becoming more normal, I have less nausea, more energy, better sleep, less cramping during my cycles, and many other smaller beneficial changes. My first consult with Dr Kate was 12/22 and I feel as if she has truly listened and treated me in ways I have never been treated in my 50+ years! My hormonal imbalances and inflammation have improved drastically. My pain was an 8/10 most days at the start of my treatment plan and within a couple of months I was amazed that I had decreased to 4/10 and now on most days I’m without pain or 1/10!
