My first appointment with Dr Kate was in August of 2024. I’ve had 3 appointments since, tests ran, results interpreted, and supplements/diet changes prescribed. Since then, I’ve noticed nothing but great things! My cycles are becoming more normal, I have less nausea, more energy, better sleep, less cramping during my cycles, and many other smaller beneficial changes. LOVE Dr. Kate & Cece, her assistant! Incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I have seen a HUGE change in my health and I truly could not have done it without them! Highly suggest getting out of your comfort zone and committing to this journey. You'll thank yourself later!
My first consult with Dr Kate was 12/22 and I feel as if she has truly listened and treated me in ways I have never been treated in my 50+ years! My hormonal imbalances and inflammation have improved drastically. My pain was an 8/10 most days at the start of my treatment plan and within a couple of months I was amazed that I had decreased to 4/10 and now on most days I’m without pain or 1/10! I do not normally give a review based off a limited number of experiences, but The Wellness Way, Dr. Kate and Cece have made me feel so welcome, comfortable and just - lighter - because we are figuring out what works for me and my body.
