Dr.Kate has been wonderful:) and after just two weeks I’m already feeling way more calm and excited about what else I can achieve! Their holistic method is truly a great approach and one I want for my whole family. I also love the calm and healing environment she has made!
Everyone who works here has been the friendliest and most inviting I’ve met! Especially when you’re putting your overall health in another person’s hands, it’s important to feel comfortable with that person, and they all have made sure to do just that! My first appointment with Dr Kate was in August of 2024. I’ve had 3 appointments since, tests ran, results interpreted, and supplements/diet changes prescribed. Since then, I’ve noticed nothing but great things! My cycles are becoming more normal, I have less nausea, more energy, better sleep, less cramping during my cycles, and many other smaller beneficial changes.
