RecommendedAt the end of August 2017, I came to Paul McAdams at the Wellness Station, and was introduced to the Feldenkrais method . It has been an amazing experience for me!! I am always left pleasantly surprised at how resourceful (and hopeful) I feel after a session. Learning to recognize when I’m out-of-alignment and then learning how to work that with the different movement exercises . That is nothing short of empowering!
