I love the Zumba class. The instructor is excellent and professional. She knows what she is doing and always does it with a smile. The Q50 class is a welcomed addition. I was considering quitting this club because of the lack of accessible classes that I could actually attend, but this (and Zumba) keeps me here! Quinton and Jordan are supreme instructors. Quiet uninspiring setting. Cramped space but very few clients ever really working out. Most patrons are people living there who are just killing time lazily riding an exercise bike or some other supposedly cardio-exercise machine. Loud paddle board court adjacent to the general w/o area is an annoying distraction distraction too. Generally unfriendly group of people. Fair share of racists too. Happy I moved on.
Cambridge Wellness has an excellent exercise program that includes balance, strength training, Pilates and cardio. The have some of the best instructors and the positive attitudes help provide a complete wellness and fitness program. Thank you to all!
My favorite gym. Beautiful pool for laps, full gym, and studio classes and water aerobics are included.
