Cold tub is cold sauna is hot. Nice place for a thermal cycle. Hope to fit another visit in my schedule.
I visited the wellness lounge a few weeks ago on a Monday right when they were open. Holly & the assistant who was there (forgot her name but wished I remember) were absolutely the kindest souls. I was very dehydrated from vomiting for a few days and unable to keep anything whether it was food or liquids down. Tallow facial - completely relaxing and left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed and rested! Excellent experience and would 10/10 recommend!

The Wellness Lounge is such a gem! The space is clean, beautiful, and modern, but still feels so warm and approachable. What really stands out to me is how well they explain complex health and wellness topics in a way that actually makes sense. I always leave feeling more informed, empowered, and cared for.
