I come in for the red light sauna and am really enjoying it. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable.
I absolutely love the Wellness Lounge! I’ve been coming here weekly for my vitamin shots (D3 and B12), and every visit is consistently great. The staff is gentle, professional, and so knowledgeable — I always feel safe and well taken care of. I also had a facial here, and it was incredible. Wonderful people, great and calming atmosphere. Many Drs don't believe in natural healing but this place does!
Cold tub is cold sauna is hot. Nice place for a thermal cycle. Hope to fit another visit in my schedule.
I visited the wellness lounge a few weeks ago on a Monday right when they were open. Holly & the assistant who was there (forgot her name but wished I remember) were absolutely the kindest souls. I was very dehydrated from vomiting for a few days and unable to keep anything whether it was food or liquids down.
