The Wellness Lounge is such a gem! The space is clean, beautiful, and modern, but still feels so warm and approachable. What really stands out to me is how well they explain complex health and wellness topics in a way that actually makes sense. I always leave feeling more informed, empowered, and cared for. Highly recommend!
Love, love, love! I have had multiple girls days here and it is an amazing and relaxing space. Whether you want to have a day to yourself or to share with your bestie. Contrast therapy has been my go to for lowering inflammation and helping with muscle recovery. Aside from the contrast therapy they have great staff that is knowledgeable with many healing modalities and was so supportive when I was going through a lumpectomy. Okayyy I’m obsessed! Such a great spot! The vibe is super chill, the place is clean and cute! Everyone is SO friendly and knowledgeable, but also just cool to be around. Holly is so incredibly helpful! I done the contrast therapy with my husband for a date night, the NAD+ and the Sweetest Healing IV bags. I’ve also done the Vit D, B12, and MIC shots, and red light therapy. If you haven’t been yet… this is your sign! 10/10 recommend. Treat yourself
