I got the care I needed and they are going to address my issues.
The first visit exceeded my expectations. Throughout the session, the process was extremely organized, everyone was pleasant, professional, and thorough. The care was consistent with everyone. Introductory visit. Very professional. John welcomed me and had me finish the prep paperwork. Amber spent a good deal of time taking my history and explaining what to expect. Dr. Khoury (George) evaluated me verbally and then performed several tests to establish my baseline. He then X-rayed my back and showed me the issues found. I will return in a few days to start the healing process. Can’t wait. So looking forward to working with this team and getting back to health. I had an excellent experience at The Wellness Institute, this week. First, my session with John was very thorough. He explained the issues with my knees with great visuals, and then took me through careful routines, that further revealed my condition. He was very clear, and encouraging. Next, I had X-rays, and had a session with David. He took me through more exercises, adjusted the knee, then onto the decompression of my knee with a machine.
