Amazing place , steam room is essential
I had a disappointing experience with the only dietician currently available at The Wellness Institute, Jill. In our first session, she increased my calorie intake — which her predecessor previously lowered, and unfortunately led to significant weight gain. When I brought this up, I scheduled a second appointment hoping for a more personalized and thoughtful approach. Great club, I really like it the only criticism I have of the club is that staff is clueless as to how to use the app when it comes to synchronizating to the machines. I asked three people how to do it and they all looked like deers in the head lights. I eventually asked another member and he showed me and said the same thing " do rely on getting advice from the staff, they dont know to much". Other then that great gym.
