They frequently run into an issue where the gym opens at 5:10-5:30 because they don’t have the key to open it. It’s very inconvenient. If you’re increasing memberships, best believe that your operations should improve as well. It’s currently 5:20 on Feb 05/26 and we’re still waiting outside in the cold
Lovely facility, very clean and organized. Great running track and pool. Very helpful staff specifically Kate Sio, very kind and showed me around when I was looking for the steam room. Keep up the great work!
Best gym for me. I have tried out different and so far, this is the only gym that has everything I need - including the steam room and hot tub.
Overall ambience is good except few things I would like to highlight. First is 24 hours sign up for a class and then if you are not able to attend it cancel it otherwise there will be a fine. For this I want to say anything planning for recreational activities 24 hours prior and then during this harsh winter weather if it is not possible to attend it should not be so big deal.
