The staff at WELLENESS Spa at One Dalton Street were like a warm blanket—comforting, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the moment I arrived, I felt wrapped in kindness, especially on my birthday. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personal. The facility itself is absolutely pristine—the cleanest spa I’ve ever experienced. Every detail reflected serenity, luxury, and care. This was more than a spa visit; it was a truly nurturing experience. I can’t recommend WELLENESS Spa enough.Love Love
It was not a good experience, which was very very disappointing given my expectations and the cost. I go to the Four Seasons in West Palm Beach and consistently have exceptional massages, so I expected a comparable level of service here. I specifically asked the therapist, to focus on the knots in my upper back, and they were never addressed. An absolutely amazing luxury experience. The receptionists at One Dalton Spa were incredibly accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Lilia was so sweet and attentive, taking wonderful care of my friends and I. My masseuse, Erin, was phenomenal—she truly fixed my back. I left feeling completely refreshed and cared for. I will definitely be coming back!
My mother and I recently visited the Wellness Floor and we had the most incredible time. To start, Christina, who helped us with booking, was super helpful and accomodating. The reception staff were so kind and helped to make the day even more special. The space is so serene and relaxing.
