I can’t recommend Jess enough! From the moment I arrived, she took the time to really listen to my concerns and symptoms, making me feel heard, understood, and completely comfortable. She’s incredibly kind, has a great sense of humour, and is exceptionally skilled at what she does. I left the appointment feeling calm, loose, and ready to take on the week. My 90 minute massage was exactly what I needed!! If you’re looking for a massage therapist who truly cares about her clients, Jess is the one!
Recently got a massage from the lovely Jess at Balu Wellness and Yoga after a big hiking trip and had THE most amazing experience. I went in without a clear idea of what i was wanting to achieve out of the session, but Jess somehow made it extremely relaxing yet really got in to muscles and pressure points i didnt know i needed work on. She was super professional and took the time to tailor the massage to exactly what i needed. I would 10/10 highly recommend. Thankyou Jess !!!!!!
Jess is an amazing massage therapist. She really focused on my lower back pain and tight hips.Very knowledgeable. I came out of my appointment feeling great and loosey goosey! Great feeling! I highly recommend her. I will definitely go see her again.
