I have been a patient of Trinity medical 15 yrs, right till the transfer to this clinic. I would advise against. As a pain management client prescriptions were done intentionally to short time and force you to book another appointment. Once you choose otherwise the manager will pull you aside telling you, you yourself were abusing staff while you were sitting quietly awaiting your medical records to attend another clinic. Amazing place, amazing doctors, and amazing atmosphere brought together by the receptionists!! Highly recommend to people who are like me, young, first time concerns, and have slim knowledge about the medical field. Everyone there is so understanding and great at explaining the big scary medical terminology. You seriously can’t go wrong when choosing the wellness clinic. And they have good coffee in the waiting room. I mean.. what else is there to say.

This place has so much potential but lately has been a hot mess. Going between two clinics, then one-it was like no one knew what was going on. Reception won’t pick up their phones and phones you back the next day so you’re left playing tag. When I was at the kirkcaldy location, reception would often be goofing off. Reception at old 18th street was very professional though. My care with my family doctor was awful. I’d be called in and then asked what are you here for.
