The location was good, parking was great indoor and secure. Staff were friendly but at times unreliable. We asked both the cleaning staff and the reception to do have our room cleaned as they don’t offer daily room service (which is fine) and the receptionist said it would be done. We come home in the evening and the room hasn’t been done, towels haven’t been changed and it was really disappointing and inconvenient as you couldn’t shower (no spare towels etc). Ask for place to stay, for 1 night and received exactly that. Bathrooms need to be modernised a bit.. other that that it was ideal for us.

Very happy with our room. We checked in late and we received very clear instructions on how to access our room key. The room was comfortable and the bed was nice and soft. Very happy with our stay and would recommend stay again.

Pool is not heated even though it is advertised out front and on the website. King room was lovely but a bit tired in spots. Vomit next to the bed when we checked in and no-one around to tell at 10am so we rang up later.to ask to get it cleaned. Great location, the best Thai food a short walk up the road and pub with great food opposite. Short walk to the river ferry.
