Please see my response to owners message at the bottom: Unfortunately The Nanny that they provided us failed to meet very simple basic tasks, including emptying the diaper pail, giving our baby a bath after sweating in the park, preparing her very simple breakfast (we have a chef for all other meals), even changing her diaper when soiled was too much to ask.. we reported these concerns to the agency before the period expired but the nanny quit exactly 1 day after the 30 day refund period expired.
