Great communications, unpatched customer service, and an awesome product. Thanks for all you do. Update: I had an issue with a broken button on one of my units. The problem was caused by the shipper and not WellGuru. Initially I was able to get the unit working, but it was a burden to get the time set. Several months after purchasing the unit I asked the Eric to send me another board and told him I’d pay for it. He insisted on sending me one for free. This guy has amazing customer service!!!! Day after Thanksgiving 2024, and 3pm til close to 5pm he has given my Son-in-law and I incredible customer service on a Well that he designed over 15 years ago. I can't say enough to convey my appreciation! BTW it turned out that a little bit of slight corosion on a button on the mother board of the chlorination filter was not enough to prevent us (Well Guru & I) from fixing it!

I should have written this review a year and a half ago. My experience with the "Well Guru" (Aquatic Filter Systems) was outstanding!! The process was a little unusual as he only like to text but his responses and his professionalism in all regards was perfect. I had several water treatment companies bail on helping solve my well problems and only two gave me prices one was $40,000 and one was $18,000.
