The receptionist are not so helpful some can talk quite harshley , also people that dont have compueters or mobile phones like the elderly how will they get appointments without having e,consult
I am giving this one star because of the receptionists. The receptionists are awful, they rush you off the phone and are very unpleasant. Also, every time I go to the GP, I see a different doctor, there’s no continuity or anyone who really knows my history, just new faces each visit. However, the doctors and nurses themselves, especially Nurse Tracy, are excellent. The reception staff really need to be addressed.
Unfortunately I have had to give a 2 star receptionists are very friendly also Tracy the nurse is lovely very understanding with those who suffer with mental health or those with disabilities like myself. After leaving the surgery for a short time and joined a new surgery I returned to the welcome practice and compared to the other place this is a good surgery and tracy the nurse is so good at her job
No sense of urgency for appointments. If I had an option I wouldn't use.
