Mikaela Grosso is just fantastic. From the moment I walked into her room it’s clear that she’s created a space where people can actually breathe and let go for a while. Truth be told, I didn’t even realize how tense I was until I felt the tension melting away. I showed yesterday for my appointment. The person at the front desk began to check me in, which is when this visit when totally off the rails. I said I had an appointment then. The front desk person said they didn't have me in the system and asked if I was seeing the same person. I said yes, and with no wasted breath the person said that they were no longer here and that they sent out a text message and email saying as much.
