I had complete trust and confidence in Dr Michael Kellogg , and the quality of care I received from him was excellent. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to address my concerns, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff was the complete opposite. The staff was frazzled, unfriendly, unwelcoming. The office manager is cold and not helpful. I’m so disappointed!
Veronica is great and she takes the time to explain my medical issues. Office staff have been great too
Was a patient here for YEARS. I moved and recently came back. I was told I could no longer be a patient here because I established PCP someplace else WHEN I HAD MOVED. The office manager provided no explanation other than “it’s the providers preference.”
I love everything about this place. My normal PC is Connie du, but I've seen Caitlin also and the office staff is wonderful. The nurses are wonderful. The office comfort is great! I appreciate them and highly recommend them
