On my way to a scheduled doctor’s appointment. I received a call from Shannon, Dr.Lisa Kellogg’s receptionist at 8:05AM asking was I coming to my appointment, and I responded yes, and I was asked did I want to schedule a tele visit and I declined but stated I would be there in another few minutes well I got caught in traffic and I received a second call from Shannon stating my appointment would be canceled, and I’d need to reschedule. Dr. Lisa Kellogg is a wonderful person and hands down the best Dr. I had in many years. I've had different Doctors over the years and it's always the same results. Being gaslighted, ignored, symptoms pushed aside and unheard.That all changed when I started visiting The Wells. Dr. lisa Kellogg actually LISTENED TO ME!!! I feel welcomed and comfortable everytime I have an appointment. The staff are also wonderful and professional.
Our entire family of 5 uses The Well of Health in Gallatin, and we can’t recommend it enough! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and we’ve had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Mike and Dr. Lisa Kellogg, as well as Veronica Crawley are all incredibly caring and compassionate. They truly take the time to listen and make you feel seen and supported. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism with such genuine care. Highly recommend!
Veronica Crawley is a KNOWLEDGE POWERHOUSE. She knows a lot about everything and I know I’m in good hands. She truly cares about her patients and she pays attention and acts on whatever the matter is. She is like no other I’ve ever been to. Thank you for all your help Veronica and team! You guys make the experience pleasurable! I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.
