I called originally to schedule an appointment in June, however their computers were down when I called so they could not actually put me on their schedule at the time, and ended up scheduling me differently from what was originally agreed. I rescheduled for a date in July however I had something come up, and called beforehand to cancel the appointment. I had complete trust and confidence in Dr Michael Kellogg , and the quality of care I received from him was excellent. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to address my concerns, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff was the complete opposite. The staff was frazzled, unfriendly, unwelcoming. The office manager is cold and not helpful. I’m so disappointed!
