Kareemah’s Barre classes are always fun and challenging! If the moves are ever too hard, there are always modifications offered. Also, it’s a pretty friendly group. I’ll keep coming back

I absolutely love Kareemah’s barre class! She is so energetic and welcoming, which makes the class really fun. She does a great job of explaining the moves and providing modifications for different fitness levels. The music is upbeat and motivating. The time flies by and you will get a full body workout targeting your arms, legs, glutes and core. I highly recommend Kareemah’s class to anyone looking for a fun and challenging workout in a welcoming environment!
