My experience was terrible. Tyler the rep came to my house for a free estimate. He stated he would send me an email with price. In the interim of over 2weeks, I left 2 calls to Tyler along with calling the store itself 3 times and speaking to the receptionist who was no help at all, finally to find out that Tyler relocated. The receptionist stated having no info about me in the computer or in any of Tyler's files. I told her to cancel the order.
I ordered blinds from this company on May 28, 2025. Tyler, the representative, who came to my apartment, was professional and precise explaining everything in detail. I am looking forward to receiving my new blinds. Thank you
They live up to everything they promised! Colors, materials, measurements, and installation all without a problem! Very satisfied, highly recommended and we did research other companies!
