Kathy took care of my " emergency " blind disaster the week of my daughter's wedding...service call answered and repaired in a matter of hours on a Saturday!
My experience was terrible. Tyler the rep came to my house for a free estimate. He stated he would send me an email with price. In the interim of over 2weeks, I left 2 calls to Tyler along with calling the store itself 3 times and speaking to the receptionist who was no help at all, finally to find out that Tyler relocated. The receptionist stated having no info about me in the computer or in any of Tyler's files. I told her to cancel the order.
