We had a broken blind with some other issues (installed by another company). I called TWDW and they were very responsive & eager to help us out. Within a few days our blinds were fixed. They gave us valuable feedback and a plan moving forward. Great people, very kind! We will definitely continue to use them.
We’ve used the Well Dressed Window multiple times for our home, and are always more than pleased with the attention to detail, consultation with the designers and the installations. Taylor helped pick out our latest shades and we could not be more thrilled with how they turned out. Installation was very precise and efficient. We love this business and will continue using them for any window covering needs!
Update: the installation team was really professional and pleasant. The window treatments are better than expected. Will definitely be purchasing more products from this location in the future.
