I was recommended this office from the hospital after I was discharged. I’ve only been able to attend 2 appointments since then because the office handles appointments so poorly, it’s really disappointing. All I needed was prescription management. Right before the third appointment, I was sent an email and/or text that ONLY told me the date, time, and address. Nathan is awesome and the well clinic has been amazing. I’ve been going consistently for over 2 years now and I have seen more improvement mentally, spiritually, and emotionally than I had in my whole life. Nathan has really helped get my life on track and continues to help week by week
I will never come back to this place. They require you to put your credit card on file to even be seen and if you miss an appointment they automatically charge you $90 so now I’m fighting with my credit card company. They require 24 BUSINESS HOURS to cancel to not get charged for a missing appointment. So that means if you need to reschedule for Monday morning you have to do so by Thursday to not get charged.
