I have tried for over a year to give them time to straighten out their office staff, but to no avail. I finally made the decision after scheduling issues, billing issues and dealing with their extremely rude office manager, Jessica, that I would not be returning with my kids. I paid my last bill over the phone and Jessica said she would email me a receipt. Couldn’t say enough good things about Dr Yarborough and The Well Clinic
I have had an extremely frustrating experience with this clinic. You will always have to leave a message when you call because no one ever answers the phone. I specifically left a message asking for Andrea Plauche to return my call because I had a sensitive issue that needed to be discussed directly with her.
