I have had an incredible experience working with Dr Kara. I was referred to her breastfeeding support group for my newborn and found her to be clear, professional, and helpful. She noticed some things I had also been concerned about, and now we are visiting her office getting assistance in making baby more comfortable. The short term goal is to improve her feeding, but long term I know this work will lead to a healthier and happier kid. I highly recommend checking out this practice!
Dr. Kara has truly been a blessing for our family. When we first came to see her, my 5 month old had a lot of muscle stiffness, was extremely colicky, and just seemed uncomfortable most of the time. Kara has been such a supportive chiropractor and IBCLC. It's amazing to have a one-stop shop because everything is interconnected postpartum. She is buttoned up — everything is digital and easy — and she even accepts my insurance as an IBCLC. She's got amazing tools like an ultrasound for clogged ducts and a Dolphin neurostim (look it up!). My only wish is that I had found her sooner. Dr Kara is truly one of a kind! I can’t say enough great things about her and her practice. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable! She treated my 3 month old with care and we saw improvements in his head tilt over a few sessions! Can’t recommend her enough
