Great atmosphere and people to work out. Whether your just getting started, a seasoned lifting veteran, rehabbing an injury, or just want to get in a little better shape or improve range of motion, etc. Weight Room make you feel comfortable and confident. 5 stars.
Brandon is an amazing trainer, my 14 year old son loves working with him and he has made huge gains in his strength, flexibility, agility and endurance! 100% Recommend!
My son has been going to the Weight Room for 3 years. Brandon has been an amazing trainer and mentor to him. He is positive and motivating while pushing him to work hard and do his best. Jaycee has done a great job working with him and helping him since the beginning as well. I highly recommend the Weight Room to get your kids active and healthy in a positive, family oriented environment.
