The Weight Loss Connection is an awesome place to be. The coaches are very motivational and encouraging. The other members are motivational and encouraging as well. The environment is very welcoming. I've learned to make a life style change and how to eat very healthy and nutritional foods. I've learned to make myself accountable. I lost 23lbs in a 6 week challenge. These are things I thought were impossible. The coaches I had and my determination made it possible! Try them out you will not be disappointed!
Nutrition, Accountability, Healthy Workout regimen. Equals = Results Coach Vicki and the Staff are very supportive and Inspiring.
Love working out here! So thankful that it’s a Christ centered gym! The accountability is awesome
