this is a great place for GYMrats out there, you can do every possible workout. community was great, friendly and accommodating. as a newbie, I did not felt left out, stranger or awkward since I dont have the actual idea of workout routines yet, most of my ideas were from youtube but when they saw me unsure of waht Im doing they will automatically approach me bout my goals and gave me advice that really helped and gave me much better understanding. If you are looking for a place with a great community culture, this is it. I have been a frequent visitor and love the atmosphere. The owner is a highly respectable and pleasant person who runs a tight ship. The 24/7 access gives ultimate flexibility, and the facility is always clean because the members truly respect the space. It’s a fantastic environment all around.

Clean. Great people. Owner is super nice. It has everything a powerlifter could possibly need. Only thing I wished was there is a shower for the girls, otherwise 10/10.
The Weight House is without a doubt the best gym in Orlando. Nick is super down to earth and does a great job of keeping the gym in pristine conditions. I can’t see myself going to a commercial gym again.
