Loving this program! Down 6lbs in my first week! Feeling GREAT! Also the staff is absolutely wonderful! :)
Love the program, having no problem making great tasting meals and feeling full without cravings..... even getting in 128fl oz of water while working in a retail environment has been easier then I assumed!! Excellent support from each memeber of the staff especially Tricia the Nutritioniest via email with my many detailed questions. Happy with my results also..... One month down and several to go in order to feel COMFORTABLE again doing everyday tasks! #loveyourself
The weigh station is awesome the only plan that has worked for me! Believe me i have tried all others and by far this is the best. Dr Shaffer and his team are awesome. They really care about the success of each person!
The only thing that works for me...and *bonus* the staff prays for you daily. I have never met a better group of people at a doctor's office.
It works and it makes sense. I feel so much better and have increased energy while on Stage 2. The staff is friendly and helpful, always. This is the life changer plan.
