The weigh station is awesome the only plan that has worked for me! Believe me i have tried all others and by far this is the best. Dr Shaffer and his team are awesome. They really care about the success of each person!
The only thing that works for me...and *bonus* the staff prays for you daily. I have never met a better group of people at a doctor's office.
It works and it makes sense. I feel so much better and have increased energy while on Stage 2. The staff is friendly and helpful, always. This is the life changer plan.
