We recently renewed our lease for a second year, and I wanted to say a huge thank you to Kenz! She has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and is always ready to assist with any questions we have. She is patient, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and always gives 100% in her work. Thanks to team members like Kenz, we’re happy to continue living in this wonderful community. Absolutely love this apartment and the area it is in, very convenient to everything including the red line which takes you all over LA! The office team has been especially helpful with my transition here to LA. The maintenance person who assisted with my work order was quick with addressing my issues as well. Overall really happy with my experience!
I moved in a couple months ago, and while some other reviews suggest there may have been some challenges in the past, I've had nothing but great experiences here. The front office team are always really nice and the maintenance team is helpful and have immediately come over to assist with all of my maintenance requests. Overall an improvement from my last place.
Anthony was amazing to work with! He came in for a maintenance repair and took care of everything that needed fixing quickly and efficiently. The whole process felt easy and stress-free, and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. I really appreciate how fast and thorough he was—definitely made a big difference!
I had been trying to get into this complex for about four months. I will start by saying that Alijah was helpful as a leasing agent and did her job. It’s the MANAGER who this complaint is about. He lacks basic customer service skills. I didn’t even get a chance to apply or tour because he is incompetent and doesn’t respond to calls, requests or emails.
