This is absolutely unacceptable. Packages are constantly being stolen in this building and it feels like management is doing nothing to fix the issue. I’ve honestly lost count of how many of my packages have been stolen at this point. A package gets delivered and if you don’t go downstairs immediately, it’s gone. If I don’t pick it up within an hour or two, it gets stolen the very same day. It’s ridiculous. Unfortunately, my experience with the condominium management has been very poor. After a bike was stolen from my apartment balcony, I contacted the management requesting only a review of the security cameras — without assigning any responsibility to the condominium. Even though it was a simple request, I received no response.
