I moved in a couple months ago, and while some other reviews suggest there may have been some challenges in the past, I've had nothing but great experiences here. The front office team are always really nice and the maintenance team is helpful and have immediately come over to assist with all of my maintenance requests. Overall an improvement from my last place.
Anthony was amazing to work with! He came in for a maintenance repair and took care of everything that needed fixing quickly and efficiently. The whole process felt easy and stress-free, and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. I really appreciate how fast and thorough he was—definitely made a big difference!
I had been trying to get into this complex for about four months. I will start by saying that Alijah was helpful as a leasing agent and did her job. It’s the MANAGER who this complaint is about. He lacks basic customer service skills. I didn’t even get a chance to apply or tour because he is incompetent and doesn’t respond to calls, requests or emails. Just checking with current residence. By chance has the water being shut off and / or NO hot water an ongoing issue at this particular apartment complex?
Anthony is an awesome maintenance tech. He’s reliable, professional, and always takes care of our maintenance needs quickly. Highly recommend!
