I've been living here for over 10 months, and while this apartment complex looks amazing on the outside, unfortunately, not everything is as great as it seems. Since the property management switched to Greystar, the complex has gone downhill. Don't expect anything to be fixed in a timely manner-or at all. For instance, many fireplaces have been out of service for months, and some restrooms in the common areas are always locked. My biggest complaint is safety. 2 bikes stolen on different occasions, mind you the bikes are in a room you have to fob into. Parking garage door stays open often. The homeless roam the parking garages. Management has zero measures in place to ensure safety and when you approach them about it you get a piss poor lazy corporate response on how it’s not their problem.
