Quiet hours? Yeah right. The neighbors here don't respect quiet hours and party in the pool during the work week. There's no on site security and the patrol service never answers. Leaving ASAP.

Finding a home can be really difficult. Especially one you love and look forward to coming home to without issue. Brandon, our Property Manager, has made sure The Weddington has been just that, an absolute dream! Brandon and his staff have made this a place my wife and I couldn’t imagine leaving anytime soon. I stayed here for a while with a friend while in between apartments. This is a party building, it's so noisy! I also had my car broken into in the "secured" garage, and was assaulted by a transient right outside the door. My friend complained of maintenance delays and looking forward to getting out as soon as his lease expires. Shame, this place has so much potential.
