I had a hiccup with the general manager of this location. The CEO was notified and called me directly. Following her call, another member of the executive team (Lou) also followed up to ensure they were able to things right. I’m very impressed with how they handled the situation following a less than pleasant experience! I had the BEST experience at TWS!! A super supportive, low-stress, girls supporting girls environment!! Lou and Kelsey were SO helpful and incredibly knowledgable. They made me feel so comfortable and confident. They were the best hype girls!! Found my dream dress, and I would recommend TWS to every bride!!🤍
