Caroline did a great job taking the time to walk me through the store and show me their selection. They were up front on pricing and didn’t try to oversell. While I didn’t buy “the one” here, I loved their selection! Thank you all

I had a hiccup with the general manager of this location. The CEO was notified and called me directly. Following her call, another member of the executive team (Lou) also followed up to ensure they were able to things right. I’m very impressed with how they handled the situation following a less than pleasant experience! I had the BEST experience at TWS!! A super supportive, low-stress, girls supporting girls environment!! Lou and Kelsey were SO helpful and incredibly knowledgable. They made me feel so comfortable and confident. They were the best hype girls!! Found my dream dress, and I would recommend TWS to every bride!!🤍

I recently bought my dress here and had the best experience- everyone was so helpful, kind, and worked so hard to help me find my perfect dress! I loved it here! The girls were so helpful and so patient. I ended up finding my dress here and that’s due to them pulling things I wouldn’t have even thought about. They stuck to the inspo pictures I sent really well, but I ended up going with something that wasn’t in those pictures! Thanks to everyone who helped!!
