This review is a true and honest account of my experience and it is ridiculous for a company to try and discredit an experience for ratings. I can share phone calls and screenshots of correspondence along with some insights on comments of employees upon request. Overall I have found this company to be rude, curt and not good to work with openly being disrespectful to my fiancée during phone conversations and making a stressful period worse. I worked with Dylan Adam’s for my upcoming wedding to do a draping design for my wedding ceremony tent. Dylan abruptly pulled out with no explanation or reasoning before I was about to put my deposit down. Dylan just seemed to not want to do the work. It was very unprofessional and honestly just disappointing as a bride. I would recommend someone looking into them be wary because this could happen to you. Despite the vendors response and attempt to claim we are not real customers, you can see the actual correspondence between the vendor and my sister attached. Yet again, this an example of poor professionalism we’ve encountered. My sister had an extremely disappointing experience with this company, and couples should be aware before booking. This place is so bad. The customer service when I called to speak to someone about an upcoming event was terrible. The person on the phone was curt and obviously distracted. Just take your business some place else.
As an event and wedding planner, I cannot say enough positive things about Dylan and his team. They are incredibly knowledgeable - as in, best in the business. They work with top of the line equipment. They are beyond professional. They are caring, helpful, and amazing team players.
