This place is as bad as everyone says. From the small weird showroom (definitely not what you expect on the UES) to the awful condition of the dresses. Also they make you write out your credit card information in the showroom (if you can even call it that) and/or email it on the order form. I am definitely not comfortable with that. When I asked if there was another way around it the sales associate working with me (very tall and brunette) says no and if I don't fill it out I will delay the process. STAY AWAY from this Hole in the Wall! All of the reviews are right! I couldn't stay silent on this place. A wedding is a special time in someones life and this place made getting dresses the worst part of my wedding. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I reached out to have the owner contact me. It has been over a month and the owner has still not reached out. I have emailed directly to her and had emails forwarded to her (so they say). Staff is really nice and helpful but the dresses are overpriced.
horrible experience! they had no sizes in the dresses we liked. the girls working were very unhelpful when we asked questions about fit- isn’t this what they do for their profession? they were clueless. when it came to ordering they said we needed the extra length. when the dress came it the length was ridiculously long and it looked like the top of the dress was made wrong. alterations for the length and to attempt to fix the dress is costing almost the same price as the dress itself. when we contacted the owner she seemed ... read more
