I decided to choose my dress from this place everything went well. We had went through the postal strike so I gave the time to catch up with shipments. The customer service told me my dress COULD HAVE been on a shipment(4weeks ago now from today) and that my dress would have been shipped just on its own and that the store didn't want to pay the $60 just for 1 dress to be shipped. My trying on experience was great! Lots of dresses around my size to try. I ended up picking a dress with I absolutely love. But picked on the basis that the lady said she would order extra fabric to be able to fix the back the way I needed. Long story short I got the dress 1 month from my wedding and the lady forgot to order the extra fabric and at that point was too late. Thank goodness for a wonderful seamstress who saved the day but that part of the experience was not great.
I specifically dropped by this bridal store after seeing they also advertised a wide selection of dresses for guests. I messaged asking about dresses floor length and was told lots of selection. Also called about darker colors (black, navy, forest green). They confirmed wide choice of selection. After calling to ask about requiring an appointment, I got a jumbled 'come in'. Was a small facility but had great selection for plus sizes which made me feel more comfortable trying on dresses!
