DO NOT DEAL WITH DONNA DANIELS!! She owes me 1500.+ for the money she stole from me for a dress I purchased in October 2025 and never got tell urban bridal purchased it 2026 a month before my wedding!!!! I ended up paying twice it’s absolutely appalling that she is doing this to brides to be!!!
Tried to book an appointment over 2 weeks ago. Got an email saying wait for confirmation, never received confirmation. Tried to call multiple times and no one answers. Will go someone else where they can respond, based on the other reviews this was probably best.
DO NOT ORDER YOUR DRESS FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST! DONNA DANIELS April 2025 I drove from another province to Donna’s store to try on a specific wedding dress that she told me over the phone she had on the rack. I arrived to try on dresses and conveniently she no longer had the dress but encouraged me to try on others. My wife ordered her wedding dress in Nov 2024 with delivery date of Feb 2025. Starting in Feb 2025 we called every 2 weeks asking when it will arrive. "next week" was always the answer. This went on for 5 months until we were 6 weeks from the wedding and had to get a dress from somewhere else. When we asked for our $2800 back she told us she could only do $1300 for a restocking fee on a dress that I'm not even sure she ever had in the first place.
